Does anyone know what specific parts and from what manufacturer would be considered "approved mods" and wouldn't void any warranty from the dealership?

The safest way is to go to the dealership and ask. Since a lot of dealership offers their own aftermarket parts and as long at they're the ones to install it they should still honor the warranty.

Most dealers have a ton of parts for the car, but judging how the ILX is brand spanking new, you might have to wait a bit till aftermarket manufactures start to release the parts. which may be a while. So i think you'll be stuck for a stock car for a while!
