Do you guys use Honda OEM SPEC ATF( automatic transmission fluid) or MTF ( Manual Transmission Fluid)?

Of do you guys prefer a premium oil brand oils such as Amsoil Syncromesh or Motul Gear300?

I dont know OEM transmission fluid seems to be fine, the shifts r smooth and i dont track enough to make the oil to thin

I switched to Amsoil for my MTF and was very happy with the results.

Amsoil Synchromesh. Learnt to use it after my civic crapped out the transmission.

Doesn't Motul carry transmission oil? I always used factory stuff but want to use something "better" now.
