I'm looking at a set of rims at 19" 8.75 and offset is 15. I'm not sure if fender bending or camber is entitle for this fitment?

I couldn't tell you for sure but that seems like a rather large width with that aggressive of an offset.

How about 35mm offset. That should clear right? 18" with 8.75

I believe its 17x7.5 +48 (for premium and up) I am not sure on the 16" wheel models.

That should fit. You may need to stretch the tire a bit to prevent rubbing though... 8.75 something like a 235/40/18 tire would be optimal but you could try 235/35/18, 225/35/18 or 225/40/18.. anything lower would be more than I could recommend.
