I'd say go with retrofit, which will give you more options and keep things original. you have so much options of what ever bezels and shrouds you want. I find that aftermarket projector headlights are expensive but is cheap in quality. Especially for an Acura ILX you dont want to cheap out as if it were an old civic.

I want to get some projectors and I am wondering which one will look better, Retrofit or Aftermarket Projector Headlights?

I doubt you can find aftermarket headlights right now.

Yeah its really early in stages right now itll be a while till theres substantial support from the aftermarket. Id say probably another couple of years.
