Hello all,
I have looked around, albeit probably not as much as I should have! But I am losing my marbles. My night ended like this; Driving on the LIE (I-495) getting onto the CIP (Cross Island Parkway) doing the speed limit (<--- For real) and BAM I Completely nailed a NY sized pothole. To those of you who are not from a major shittie, probably three feet long by 18 inches wide and 7 inches deep (I know, I know how do you miss something that size right? I dunno either). Needless to say TPMS light came on and I pulled over expecting to see a tire losing air, Lowe and behold to my complete and utter disbelief my rim is mangled, literally broken (But the tire survived....SMH FML). So I am about to put on the donut and decided I have a brand new car with roadside assistance so Im not gonna do Shyt!!! LOL Roadside is great!!! Anyway after giving you guys some entertainment my need is this.

Does anyone know the part number for the stock rims? Or where i can get one and not be bent over by the stealership?

Also Pics of Rim and Pothole to follow soon. Any helpful info would be appreciated

Update: I filed a claim against NYC for the damages to my ILX. Probably never gonna get a dime but at least I'm trying.

Depends if you need the 16" or 17" (premium) or the 17" accessory wheels.

Try here Discount Honda and Acura parts and accessories - OEM Acura Parts - OEM Honda parts - if you need help finding it, just let me know which package you have/wheels.

They can sometimes work with you on the price.. just tell them.. HEY, take off 30% and I'll buy it from you. OR I'll just get it from someone else. If they dont match it, GET TO ORDERING! :)
Update: Just drove home passing the crater this time in the other lane and low and behold the city filled the hole!! Guess the complaint and the Claim put together and got to the right hands. Now lets just hope they reimburse me the rim cost
WOW, after seeing the pictures.. that is insane!

If you really want NYC to get serious about compensating you, you should try contacting the media to blow up the problem ;)

Yeah sounds like an idea, but the media is all concerned with other ""More Important" Shyt!! I guess if all doesn't go well ill give that a try!!
Great source
Tooo bad it's too early in the game to have the luck of finding these wheels at the local auto wreckers, might be luck to find them.
That aint no pot hole... that a frakin CRATER! lol. Your rims got the best of it but i hope your gonna get something abck from the city, id be pissed having to pay taxes and deal with this sh!t. Hopefully you get everything in order.

Car-part.com is pretty good to find parts from wreckers and whatnot. but when i took off all location parameters only one place had an ilx. it was in Virginia i think. Definitely too far lol

Crater indeed!

@ OP I hope the city does fork out cash to compensate you, your typical pot holes are understandable, it happens, but a hole that causes that much damage is just crazy.

So I ordered my RIM or sorry as i have learned Wheel Disc from the local useless stealership and taking your advice trentimus and asked them to match the price and they actually did something for me which I appreciated. OEMACURAPARTS.com has the part for 199 plus shipping and corecomes out to like 275 (not sure if i would have had to pay tax on that or shipping of the core back). Dealership dropped the price to 234 (tax included) and 50 dollar core. So i spent maybe 9 dollars more and i dont gotta chase down the UPS guy. :)
If it was me and the didnt compensate me for what happened. I would ghost ride my car in to the city building and blame it on the potholes. Now what!?

Damn these rims are expensive.
If he took it to the media like what ILXFAN said it will bring up a lot more cases and more people complaining, that alone would make them pissssed! Nothing like having a bunch of angry people after you.
I've actually never heard of someone successfully getting money back from the city for bad roads damaging parts of the car. Hope it works for you.
