Just would like to introduce myself as a newbie to this forum. I'm an ILX Hybrid owner since May 22nd.
The only dealership in the DFW area selling the new car model then was the one I've been doing business with since 1988. I've been waiting several years for Acura to come out with another small car and finally they did! My last two vehicles were Integras and they were great little sports cars and very durable.
I love my new ILX Hybrid, but still waiting for the 39/38 mpg to kick in. I read in another blog, that someone in the Chicago area claims to have gotten 44 mpg with the econ button off. Any way, my hybrid has cut my gas purchases/usage by 45-50% and I'm happy about that. It's suspected the 90 degree to triple digit temperatures may be affecting the mpg. Enjoying the tech package because I can now play my music downloads, but it doesn't always understand my Texas accent.
Would very much like to know what mpg other ILX Hybrid drivers are realizing.
