New member looking for some suggestions

Just purchased a 2021 ILX base, CPO with less than 16K miles. A few upgrades would be great. I'm running into a roadblock with the infotainment system however. I can't seem to find an aftermarket system that will work with the vehicle. The stock system is sad as can be but I didn't think it would be this difficult to find something compatible. Has anyone been able to change out yours as well as the rear view camera? Any helpful advice or links to threads where this may have been addressed would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all!
