Need suggestion for my fog lights?

I am thinking about changing my fog lights to either 3000K HID Conversion kit or just some 20 bucks Super Yellow Halogen bulbs.
I have seen them side by side before and somehow I think those super yellow halogen bulbs appear much yellower than the 3000K HID Conversion Kit, so is the HID kit really worth the investment?

HID's would need projectors so you not blinding anyone and to properly use them, but halogens are fine in a non projector housing.
That photo above actually isnt a bad cutoff for fogs considering there is no projector.

That isn't an ILX though LOL. Looks like an rsx.

yes it is an RSX, i was just using the pic as a reference for the OP.
yes most cheap cars are not equipped with fog lights.
HID's will need their own projectors so you will need to consider that, or else you'll have light bouncing everywhere. Halogens don't require it.

If it was up to me, I would go with projector fog lights with HID's.
You can go with HID fogs but I don't personally think it's worth the investment. If you're going yellow just save the money and go yellow bulbs. The actual light will look about the same just how much it emits to the ground will be different...which isn't a big deal since you dont use your foglights to see on a regular basis.

But it's all up to how you wanna spend your $$$$$$$$$
If it was up to me, I would go with projector fog lights with HID's.
I agree 110%
They call they blazer projectors.
That would be the ultimate setup. You could even go bigger and get a mini h1 in there.

You could go HIDs in the fog lights. Run a relay and make a switch so you can control the fog lights independently.

HIDs will output more light on the ground vs regular halogens.

They will also be slightly blinding to other drivers. You could throw a yellow tint film on it to try to reduce the glare.
