What sort of mileage are you guys getting? I've read 24mpg-20mpg average on 50/50 driving.

So far 25.0 exactly on the first tank, about 1/3rd of the way through. I reset the trip B meter to sync up from the day I took delivery just so I could monitor that. Based on that I've seen from some short 60mph cruses in 6th, I'd guestimate 35-38 highway @ 70-75mph
My wife has put almost 1200 miles on the car and her mixed driving has been 31+mpg with her 2.4L 6mt

sounds just about right, isn't that almost what the EPA rated the ILX at?
i could hyper-mile the thing and coax 35mpg but what fun would that be ? :D
^ prob not the reason why you bought the 2.4L right? haha

We were looking to compliment my 2010 Si and found it
I've averaged 31.0mpg so far over 2100 miles. Each of the first four tanks was better than the last as the engine broke in. Now, in pretty mixed driving (with a decent amount of stop-and-go driving in a hilly area) I get 30-31mpg for the tank, and when I do more highway then I get more like 32-33mpg. I'm pretty gentle overall, but I still rev it to merge if I need to, and every so often just go all out for the heck of it.
31mpg is good. It's not a V6 but it's still a car with some luxuries. Do you have a sedan or coupe si?

Just curious....what MPG did you start out at?
I have been averaging anywhere from 26-28 w/ mixed, spirited driving.. I like it in the 3-4K RPM range.. When I drive normal work and backs with dead stop traffic I am still averaging 25-27mpg.. Car only has 600 miles now.

Of course! I wouldnt of been able to buy any other ILX lol
We are rapidly approaching 5K on the odo and for my "maintenance schedule" that will be the first oil change. We have been holding steady @ 31+mpg but with a 250 mile round trip via expressway for Thanksgiving I'm expecting better.

Maybe 34mpg ?

Maybe... i'm told some cars take a while to break-in to the suggested MPG's. I guess this is the case with the ILX?
It just varies a lot with my driving too.. I was having a more spirited gas tank and only got 24.5.. This was still my usual 50/50 the same where I got 31 MPG and 30.5.. I notice that the mileage suffers once you go over 65 @ cruise on the highway.. due to the obnoxious gearing I am sure.. 3K @ 70 means gas mileage is gonna go downhill from there..

Normal driving would consist of 45 MPH in 5th gear which sits around 2,400, If I remember right..
Then I would get on the highway at 75 MPH in 6th gear which sits around 3,300.. correct me if I am wrong.

To get 30 I have to go the speed limit in town, keep the revs under 2,800 (this means a lot of shifting :() and then try to be around 55-65 on freeways and highways.
Ok.....265 miles round trip;
I tried to keep the cruise control @ 70mph but truck traffic sometimes dictated higher speeds to pass  We averaged 32.2 mpg per the trip computer .
This was 99% expressway driving with some municipal sections lowering speeds to 60.There were 4 adults aboard and a baby plus all necessities for said grand daughter :D

Could I have hit 34mpg with just me in the car ....maybe but all in all I'm impressed with our ILX
