How to install an aftermarket sub and amp to ILX 2013

I need information on if I or my brother can easily install this amp and sub. I'm not exactly sure what kind of amp and sub it is...but I can find out. My brother has them from like 1994. I want to know if anyone has done this and can give me some info!! I want to get them installed ASAP! I'm excited! waiting for some feedback :)
