Has anybody really mastered the "heel and toe" technique with the K24. If so can u give some pointers?

Not quite sure what you mean oatos, heel and toe is ONLY applicable for entering turns faster,The heel and toe technique might be a little overkill for the road as it applies better for when your taking a corner fast. You ever try to heel toe at lower speeds?
Yeah, I usually drive with tennis shoes. I find with the pedal arrangement on the ILX, it'sYou're going to need proper shoes for heel toeing. I find regular shoes get in the way. With boots, it's impossible.

Yeah, agree. I find it much easier to use the edges of my foot as opposed to the "traditional"Do you guys actually use your heel for the accelerator? I find its easier just to use the left and right part of the foot for both pedals. This is considered a variation of the same technique.
I find that twisting motion in the traditional method too cumbersome.
