Acura unveiled the 2013 ILX at the 2012 Chicago Auto Show and now, for the 2012 SEMA Show, they have come up with the very cool "Street Build" project car developed in cooperation with Evasive Motorsports. The new ILX Street Project represents Acura’s return to the SEMA Show after a six-year hiatus.

The Acura ILX "Street Build" Concept is based on the 2013 ILX 6-Speed Manual equipped with the vehicle’s Premium Package. It adds a supercharger kit from CT Engineering and an ECU tune that increases the 2.4-liter inline-4’s output up to an impressive 250 HP (up from the standard 201 HP). This special project also received a SP Elite exhaust from Greddy for a throatier engine sound.

The package continues with the Acura Genuine Accessories aero kit that adds a new front spoiler, new side skirts, a rear spoiler and deck lid spoiler, and body side molding. The car sits on a new set of 19" Volk G25 wheels wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.

Those wheels >>>
Cars that show up at Sema usually stays as a concept but it would be nice if Acura took some notes on this particular one. Utilizing a supercharger might just help them achieve more power and more interest. As the ILX is lacking power forced induction might help that problem and draw some attention.

The Rays Volk Racing G25 wheels are available now. Set used was 19x8.5 +45 w/ 235/35/19 tires

CT-Engineering has the supercharger listed as TBA
The article also says they are making an intake
The short-shifer is available now from CT-E
Tein Coil-Overs are out now
The body kit/spoiler is all Acura parts available now
Greddy wouldnt of started on the exhaust proto-type if they didn't mean to sell it so just give that time.

So technically.. most of it is or will be available very soon!

Looking at this picture, I know forsure a front lip would look way better, and probably cost the same as those 2 end pieces.

Acura really skimped on the Aero kit.. IMO.. Just wait for Ron Jon to come out with his splitter.. the concept looks awesome.

a splitter could finish it off nicely but i agree a lip is gonna be better.

however i want an aftermarket bumper with a lower grille that doesn't cut off in the middle....give me that with a front lip and i'll be happy
Just one inch lower please
those have to be the ugliest set of Rays wheels I ever seen. i'm sure they are light weight and perfect for the purpose this car was built for but a better looking wheel would help

I love the G25s, especially for our cars. I want the charcoal ones with the machined lip.

Popeye, this is the drop I am looking for! This is a good stance without rolling fenders and still being "street"

I looked at it again and I agree with you
