    Are Acura Decision-makers Listening?

Do you guys think that the executive decision-makers at Acura corporate actually read the posts on this forum?

It seems like a good place for them to get "real world" opinions from your average Joe, rather than solely relying on the automotive press.

I believe they have a team designated to retrieve feedback from websites, like this, and auto-reviews. It would seem ridiculous if they didn't. Modding communities help test a car's limits and forums like these help them get info on what the average joe likes or dislikes about the car. Expect changes for '14 models.. But, do i believe the big-wigs read this stuff? No.. it's probably watered down into some sort of checklist with general broad complaint/positive remarks, nothing quoted.

However if they are reading they should know I won't buy another Honda/Acura product if they don't get it together and fix things that are going on with the 1st year cars.

With the surveys and etc that have gone out I think the 2014 is prob going to add just enough extra to piss off the guys that bought the 2013 lol

I actually noticed that car makers have teams dedicated to doing just that, GM & Ford being the ones I noticed. I haven't noticed the Acura team on the forums interacting with members but if they're not, maybe we can message them ourselves and let them know to jump on the forum!
